Types of Service
From a quick battery change to a full restoration, every Empire Luxe service is performed by trained watchmakers using original parts.
Simple Service
Focused interventions such as battery replacement, gasket changes, polishing or strap exchange. Typically completed within a few days, Simple Service is ideal when your watch is running correctly but needs cosmetic or seal maintenance.
Complete Service
The full service overhaul: complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of every component, replacement of worn parts with originals, lubrication, reassembly and multi-position regulation. Includes water-resistance testing and a 24-month service warranty.

Restoration
Reserved for vintage and heritage pieces, restoration combines complete service with bespoke component fabrication when original parts are no longer available. Each restoration is documented and discussed with the owner before any work begins.
