Shipping Policy

All EmpireLuxe orders are shipped from our logistics partner HENAN YANGZHIHAN TRADING Co., Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Every order is processed within 1–5 business days before dispatch.

Shipping options

Free Economy Shipping: 4–15 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: 3–10 business days after dispatch. Prices are calculated at checkout by Shopify Markets and displayed in your local currency (EUR for France, Germany and Spain; GBP for the United Kingdom; NOK for Norway; other currencies as configured for your region).

All shipping options include tracking and protection against loss, theft or damage during transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order is dispatched. It may take up to 72 hours to display the first movement. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Orders marked as Delivered

If the carrier has marked your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check the delivery address, building reception or concierge, mailboxes, neighbours, any safe location where the parcel could have been left, and contact the carrier with your tracking number before contacting us.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
